Fits wellReview date: 2010-04-26 Rating: 8 out of 10These fit my very small ear canel well and expands in your ear quietly and in about 3 seconds which is just about right. they do not block out sound entirely but very effective as temporary earplugs (as they loose their effectiveness over time and use) needed for a good nights sleep.

I still hear my alarm though and the smoke alarm.
Also they really are soft so are comfortable to sleep in.
I used to wake up like 20 times a night, now I sleep straight through. So if you have the same kind of problems then get these they work really well.
